Through education and awareness, testing, outreach, and case management activities, the Communicable DiseaseOutreach RN will work to bridge health services on and off reserve for people living at risk or who have contracted HIV,HepC, orotherSTBBIs.TheCommunicableDiseaseOutreachRN willhaveastrongbackgroundinsexualhealthwithdemonstrated experience in HIV and Hep C case management; excellent interpersonal skills and will embrace thephilosophy of serving our communities as a staff member of the Saskatoon Tribal Council. The Outreach RN will haveexperienceinworkingwith FirstNationscommunitiesandbeknowledgeableaboutFirstNationscultureandtraditions. The outreach nurse will work in conjunction with the First Nations Inuit Health Branch to provide client care.
