Social Media & Community Coordinator | Modo Yoga Scarborough | Part-Time | 8–12 hours/week

We’re looking for a creative, confident, charismatic, and naturally social person to help grow the Modo Yoga Scarborough community through Instagram, marketing, and events.

This is a hands-on role for someone who loves people, has great energy, and knows how to create content that feels authentic, warm, and engaging — not overly polished or salesy.

What you’ll do

- Create and manage Instagram content including Reels, Stories, photos, and posts
- Capture the personality, people, classes, and community of our studio
- Help promote memberships, challenges, workshops, and events
- Create marketing materials and content using Canva
- Help coordinate studio events and community activities
- Build relationships with local businesses and community partners
- Engage with our online community
- Bring creative ideas to life and take ownership of projects from start to finish

We’re looking for someone who is:
- Experienced with Instagram, Canva, and photography — this is a must
- Comfortable creating and editing engaging photo and video content
- Creative, outgoing, warm, and naturally charismatic




- Naturally hospitable and great at connecting with people
- Organized and able to work independently
- Mature, reliable, and uses positive judgment
- Someone who reads a room and knows when to step in and take the lead
- Full of ideas — but also someone who gets things done

Most importantly, we’re looking for someone with maturity, initiative, and a strong sense of ownership. Someone who sees an opportunity and runs with it. Someone who notices what could be better and takes action. Someone who treats the studio as if it were their own.

The Details

Part-time | 8–12 hours per week

Some time in the studio will be required for content creation and events.

Required experience: Instagram, Canva, photography, and social media content creation.
