This role focuses on proactive asset protection and robust customer engagement. As a Loss Prevention Specialist, you will conduct undercover investigations, patrol retail areas, and monitor surveillance feeds to ensure a theft-free environment. Candidates must have excellent communication skills and experience handling security-related incidents.

- Prevent shoplifting through monitoring and customer service
- Observe and patrol retail premises as an undercover agent
