Duties
- Develop and coordinate community-based learning programs tailored to diverse audiences, including individuals with disabilities
- Lead engaging workshops, classes, and presentations that promote active participation and skill development
- Collect and analyze data on program participation, feedback, and outcomes to inform continuous improvement
- Foster inclusive learning environments by adapting teaching methods to meet varied needs and abilities
- Collaborate with local organizations and service providers to expand program reach and impact
- Support participants through individual support and guidance, and resource sharing to enhance their learning experience
Requirements
- Proven experience in adult education or facilitating educational programs in community settings
- Strong public speaking skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences confidently
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities or special needs is highly desirable
- Ability to collect, interpret, and utilize data effectively for program evaluation
- Excellent organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously
