Responsibilities:

- Dispense prescription medications accurately and efficiently while ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Provide comprehensive medication counseling to patients, addressing their questions and concerns.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes and promote a holistic approach to healthcare.
- Administer vaccinations and injections in accordance with established protocols and guidelines.
- Conduct medication reviews and offer personalized recommendations to enhance patient understanding and adherence.
- Offer diabetes management and education to patients, leveraging your certified diabetic educator qualification.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality in all interactions.
- Respond to patient inquiries and provide medication-related advice in a courteous and professional manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized pharmacy environment, ensuring proper storage and handling of medications.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in pharmacy practice, regulations, and medical advancements.

Qualifications:

- Registered Pharmacist in the province of Ontario, in good standing with the Ontario College of Pharmacists.
- Injection certification,



allowing you to administer vaccinations and injections.
- First aid training, ensuring you can respond effectively in medical emergencies.
- Certification as a diabetic educator is considered an asset.
- Strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and patient care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitasking effectively.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in medication dispensing.
- Proficiency in pharmacy software and technology.
