About the Role As a Community Health Worker, you will play an important role in supporting our clients to live safely and comfortably in their own homes.

Your responsibilities may include:

- Providing compassionate personal care and companionship
- Assisting clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and meal preparation
- Supporting clients' independence, dignity, and overall well-being
- Preparing nutritious meals by following recipes and accommodating client preferences where appropriate
- Building positive and respectful relationships with clients and their families
- Maintaining accurate documentation and communicating effectively with the care team
- Promoting a safe, comfortable,



and respectful home environment

What We're Looking For We are seeking individuals who are:

- Compassionate, patient, reliable, and professional· Confident communicating in English, both verbally and in writing
- Comfortable working independently while contributing positively to a team
- Experienced in caregiving, home support, or community health services
- Comfortable preparing meals and following recipes
- Available to work weekdays and weekends, with flexibility considered an asset
- Experienced caregivers with a minimum of 5 years of experience are preferred

Qualifications & Requirements

- Health Care Assistant Certificate and/or BC Care Aide Registry number
- Valid smartphone for scheduling, communication, and documentation
- Canadian Citizen, Permanent Resident, or holder of a valid Open Work Permit
- Valid driver’s licence and personal vehicle required, as this is a community-based role requiring travel between client homes
