The Health Care

Aide will play a crucial role in supporting residents through personal care activities, daily living tasks, and health assessments. Working under the supervision of Licensed Practical Nurses, you will contribute to creating a protected and welcoming environment that meets the needs of each resident while maintaining detailed documentation of care provided. Key Responsibilities:

- Assist with personal care and vital sign monitoring
- Facilitate meal preparation and maintain kitchen hygiene
- Contribute to resident care plans with LPN input
- Ensure a clean and safe living environment
- Transport residents as needed for appointments Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of a recognized Health Care Aide course
- One year of relevant experience preferred
- Current CPR and First Aid certification
