Your role involves close interaction with residents and families while ensuring safe and effective nursing practices in collaboration with a dedicated healthcare team. Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct admissions and ongoing evaluations of residents
- Design nursing care plans with team-oriented goals
- Report any safety concerns or near-misses immediately
- Provide direct nursing care, including essential ADLs
- Facilitate accurate medication dispensing using eMAR technology Requirements:
- Accredited School of Nursing graduation required
- One year of relevant experience required
- Long Term Care / Gerontology specialization necessary
- Basic Life Support and First Aid certifications needed
