- Collaborate with RNs to implement care policies




- Act as a liaison with physicians and healthcare teams
- Guide Personal Support Workers in daily tasks
- Participate in shift reports for effective communication
- Monitor and meet resident care needs consistently Requirements:
- Geriatric nursing experience preferred
- Current Certificate of Competence from Ontario
- Knowledge of relevant healthcare laws and standards
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
