Renovation & Concrete Labourer / Helper

No Experience Required

Job Summary

We are looking for a hardworking and reliable individual to join our growing renovation and concrete construction team. Experience is an asset but not required. If you have a positive attitude, are willing to learn, and enjoy hands-on construction work, we are happy to provide training.

Responsibilities

- Assist with general home renovation and construction work.
- Assist with demolition work, including removal of drywall, flooring, cabinets, fixtures, and other materials.
- Assist with framing, drywall installation, insulation, and basic carpentry work.
- Help with flooring, baseboards, trims, doors, and other finishing work.
- Assist with kitchen, bathroom, and basement renovation work.
- Help with preparation and clean-up for painting and finishing work.
- Assist with concrete forming, placing, and finishing.
- Help with excavation, site preparation, grading, and clean-up.
- Assist with preparation of concrete slabs, footings, foundations, steps, and other concrete work.
- Load, unload, move, and organize tools and construction materials.
- Assist skilled workers and supervisors with daily renovation and concrete tasks.
- Use basic hand and power tools under supervision.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and experienced crew members.




- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Learn proper renovation, concrete, construction, and safety procedures.

Requirements
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
- Physically fit and able to perform construction-related work.
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Comfortable performing demolition, renovation, concrete, and general labour work.
- Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation are an asset.
- Previous renovation, concrete, or construction experience is an asset but not required.
