We're looking for a reliable, hard-working General Labourer to join our concrete construction crew.

- You don't need years of construction experience. You do need to show up on time, work hard, listen, and be willing to learn. On-the-job training
- Chance to learn the concrete trade
- Opportunity to move up into Crew Lead and Foreman positions

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING You'll be working alongside the crew helping get the job done, including:

- Preparing and cleaning job sites.
- Moving materials, tools, and equipment.
- Helping set up and take down concrete forms.
- Assisting with concrete pours — shoveling, raking, spreading, and moving concrete.
- Helping with grading, leveling, excavation, and site preparation.
- Using shovels, rakes, wheelbarrows, hand tools, and other equipment.
- Keeping the job site clean and organized.
- Helping the crew wherever you're needed.

Bottom line: you'll be working with your hands and helping the crew get the job done right. Construction or concrete experience is an asset, but it's not required.

Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 50.0 per week
