CONSTRUCTION LABOURER – FULL TIME

Ravenshead Homes is looking for a reliable, hardworking Construction Labourer to join our team. We work primarily on custom homes, additions, and large-scale residential renovations throughout the Niagara Region.

Starting Wage: $18.00/hour

Full-time position with the opportunity for wage increases based on performance, reliability, and experience.

What we're looking for:

- Valid G-class driver's licence
- Some previous construction experience is required
- Reliable transportation to work
- Comfortable using basic hand and power tools
- Able to perform physical construction work and lift building materials
- Willing to work indoors and outdoors in varying conditions
- Punctual, dependable, and able to follow direction
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Typical Duties:

- General site labour and cleanup




- Moving and organizing building materials
- Assisting carpenters and other trades
- Demolition and site preparation
- Loading/unloading materials
- Basic construction and carpentry tasks
- Maintaining clean, safe, and organized jobsites
