Duties

- Operate heavy machinery such as bulldozers, excavators, and loaders to move materials and prepare sites for construction activities
- Assist with paving operations, including laying asphalt or concrete surfaces with precision and care
- Support the setup and teardown of construction sites by installing barriers, signage, and safety equipment
- Follow detailed instructions from supervisors to perform tasks accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and productivity on-site
- Collaborate with team members to complete tasks on schedule and uphold safety standards




- Conduct routine inspections of equipment and report any maintenance needs or safety concerns promptly

Requirements

- Proven construction experience or related hands-on work in building environments
- Ability to operate heavy equipment safely and effectively; certification is a plus but not mandatory
- Knowledge of paving techniques and materials used in road or surface construction
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Solid attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols at all times
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt quickly in a dynamic work setting
- Valid driver’s license preferred; ability to obtain necessary certifications as required by local regulations
- Work in Heights required.
