Job Summary

We are a residential construction company in the Durham Region / GTA, doing high-end renovations, additions, and custom home builds.

We're bringing on a Project Coordinator to keep our schedule, our sites, and our clients in sync as we grow. You'll work closely with our Project Leads and ownership, making sure the right people, materials, and information are in the right place at the right time.

What You'll Do

- Keep the master schedule current: crew, sub, and material timing across active jobs
- Coordinate with Project Leads on what each site needs and when
- Track material orders and deliveries, and flag anything at risk of holding up a job
- Keep clients updated on schedule and progress, alongside the Project Lead
- Support permits, contracts, and other job admin as work moves through each stage
- Help keep our job tracking app and schedule accurate and up to date

- Clear communicator,



comfortable on the phone and in writing with clients, crews, and subs
- Comfortable with scheduling tools, spreadsheets, and learning our internal systems
- Construction, trades, or project coordination experience is a strong asset
- Detail driven — small things done right are what keep a job on schedule
- Wants to grow into more responsibility as the company grows

Education:
- AEC / DEP or Skilled Trade Certificate (required)

Experience:
- Project management: 5 years (required)
