Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Construction Supervisor to oversee and work hands-on on construction projects from inception to completion.

The majority of our projects involve renovating the exterior of houses. This involves siding, soffit, facia and eavestrough. There are many other types of projects such as windows / doors, decks and fences to full renovations and additions.

In this pivotal role, you will work with a team of 1-4 co-workers, manage resources, ensure safety compliance, and uphold quality standards. Your leadership will drive project efficiency, maintain strict adherence to schedules and budgets, and foster a collaborative workplace that promotes excellence.

Duties

- Supervise and work on construction activities on-site, ensuring work progresses according to plans and specifications
- Coordinate with project subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to streamline operations and resolve issues promptly
- Monitor safety protocols rigorously to maintain a secure work environment for all personnel
- Review blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to verify accuracy and facilitate effective execution




- Oversee quality control measures to ensure workmanship meets industry standards and project requirements
- Conduct regular site inspections, document progress, and prepare detailed reports

Skills

- 4+ years of experience in the construction field (preferably with siding)
- Proven supervising experience in small to medium scale construction projects with strong leadership capabilities
- Extensive construction experience with a thorough understanding of building processes and industry practices
- Knowledge of quality control procedures and safety regulations within the construction industry
- Ability to manage budgets effectively
- Strong communication skills to coordinate teams, report progress, and address challenges efficiently
