Job Overview

We are seeking a versatile and reliable General Tradesperson /Multi-Skilled Framer & Finisher to join our construction team. In this role, you will be an essential contributor to various phases of building projects, utilizing your broad skill set to deliver high-quality craftsmanship across multiple trades. Your expertise will help transform blueprints into tangible structures, ensuring each project is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.

Responsibilities

- Construct metal and wood framing structures according to architectural blueprints and site specifications.
- Hang, tape, mud, sand, and finish drywall for high-grade wall and ceiling assemblies.
- Perform interior and exterior painting, including surface preparation, patching, priming, and clean top-coating.
- Install door/window frames, trim, millwork, and custom interior hardware.
- Execute basic metalwork, including cutting, joining, light structural assembly, or metal stud framing.
- Maintain a clean, organized work area and strictly adhere to on-site health and safety regulations.
- Operate power tools, hand tools, heavy equipment,



and woodworking machinery safely and effectively
- Conduct restoration work including repairs to damaged structures or surfaces with skill and efficiency
- Assist with welding tasks and heavy lifting as required for structural components or equipment setup

Requirements

- Trade Experience: 2 - 3+ years of practical experience handling drywall, framing, metalwork, and painting.
- Technical Skills: Ability to read blueprints, take accurate measurements, and work with specialized power tools.
- Physical Capability: Able to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders/scaffolding, and work comfortably on your feet all day.
- Transport & Safety: Valid driver's license, reliable transportation to site, and ASP Construction site safety card (or equivalent).
- Valid experience in restoration projects or siding installation is a plus

Work Location Multiple site locations across Ontario depending on project to project.

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
