Duties

- Develop and produce engaging YouTube videos aligned with trending topics and audience interests
- Script, film, edit, and upload high-quality video content using Adobe Creative Suite tools such as Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator
- Optimize video titles, descriptions, tags, and thumbnails for SEO to increase visibility and channel growth
- Conduct keyword research to identify popular search terms relevant to your content niche
- Manage social media promotion using Hootsuite or Buffer to grow the channel’s audience across platforms like Facebook and Instagram
- Monitor analytics through Google Analytics and YouTube Studio to track performance metrics and refine content strategies




- Proofread scripts and captions for clarity, accuracy, and brand consistency

Requirements

- Currently enrolled as a student with a passion for digital marketing, content creation, or related fields
- Experience with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or similar tools
- Basic graphic design skills using Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Illustrator for thumbnails and visual assets
- Knowledge of SEO best practices, keyword research, and digital marketing strategies
- Familiarity with social media management tools like Hootsuite or Buffer (application)
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly on camera as a YouTube host
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms or online advertising (nice-to-have)
