Seek a challenging 12-month engagement as an HR Consultant with Intact, supporting the Ontario Claims Contact Centre. In this role, you'll integrate with a national HR team, providing operational leadership support through strategic HR solutions and proactive employee relations guidance.

You will work collaboratively to enhance the employee experience, drive engagement strategies, and assist in performance management initiatives. Key Responsibilities:

- Coach and advise operational leaders on HR issues
- Conduct investigations and conflict resolution training
- Analyze data to improve engagement and develop strategies
- Manage employee relations matters comprehensively
- Collaborate on organizational talent strategies Requirements:
- HR specialization degree or diploma required
- 3 years in HR consulting, 2 in employee relations
- Solid relationship-building skills
- Familiarity with employment legislation essential
