Duties

- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes with precision, consistency, and flair, ensuring all food meets quality standards.
- Handle food safely by following proper food handling procedures, sanitation protocols, and safety guidelines.
- Assist in meal preparation during busy service times to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Serve food efficiently and courteously to guests, maintaining excellent customer service standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including equipment and workstations.
- Follow recipes and portion controls to minimize waste and optimize ingredient usage.




- Support inventory management by rotating stock and notifying supervisors of supply needs.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, with a strong foundation in food preparation and cooking techniques.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices for handling and storing ingredients.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.
- Experience with serving guests and providing excellent customer service.
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment, sanitation standards, and basic meal preparation skills.
- Strong teamwork ethic with excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with staff.
