Cook position - Wed-Sat (4 days a week). Must be able to work in a very fast paced setting and follow health and safety guidelines. We are looking for a quick learner with a positive and team oriented attitude. Must have 1 - 3 years experience working in a professional kitchen.

Job responsibilities: Cook large batches of food, prep marinades, cut vegetables, portion raw salmon, use the meat slicer, accept produce orders, etc. Using the tilt fryer, flat top, steamer, and oven. Saturdays include portioning food very precisely and cleaning up at the end of the shift. Kitchen experience and food handlers required.
