Duties
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and quality standards, ensuring consistency and flavor excellence
- Handle food with care, following strict food safety and sanitation protocols to maintain cleanliness and prevent contamination
- Support serving staff by ensuring timely delivery of hot dishes during busy service hours
- Maintain organized workstations, including proper storage of ingredients and utensils,
to promote efficiency and safety
- Follow all kitchen procedures related to food handling, storage, and waste disposal in compliance with health regulations
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals while maintaining a positive, energetic work environment
Experience
- Prior experience in food preparation or cooking within a restaurant or food service setting is highly preferred
- Demonstrated knowledge of food handling practices and kitchen safety standards is essential
- WOK experience is essential
- Previous roles in the food industry that involve cooking, food safety management, or restaurant operations will support your success in this role
Pay: $16.00-$18.50 per hour
