Job Summary

Duties

- Prepare and cook a wide range of menu items with precision and creativity, adhering to recipes and presentation standards
- Handle food safely by following proper food handling procedures, sanitation practices, and hygiene standards
- Assist in meal preparation, including chopping, marinating, portioning, and assembling ingredients for various dishes
- Serve food efficiently and courteously to guests or team members, maintaining a positive attitude during busy periods
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area, including equipment, utensils, and workstations, in compliance with health regulations
- Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies; communicate needs for restocking to ensure smooth operations




- Follow all food safety protocols to prevent contamination and ensure compliance with industry regulations

Experience

- Previous food service experience in a restaurant or similar setting is highly preferred
- Demonstrated skills in cooking, food preparation, and meal assembly
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques
- Experience with serving guests in a fast-paced environment is a plus
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment and basic culinary tools
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a high-energy setting
