CHIX Eggshop is a combination of two of our favourite things, neighbourhood diner meets Country fried chicken joint, we are a quirky, nostalgic, counter service–only all-day restaurant with skillfully crafted and quickly served dishes alongside super hip craft beverages and cocktails that are sure to shake things up. Located in Calgary’s East Village, attached to the newly opened ALT Hotel, this hot spot is now open for all hungry and thirsty locals and visitors alike. Our menu is reimagined Southern Fried Chicken and delicious Two-Handed Egg Sandwiches that just make you happy and fill your belly.

We are growing our team at CHIX Eggshop, and we are seeking an enthusiastic and energetic Quick Service Cook to join us. The individual must be willing to learn all aspects of the business, as they will be not only responsible for cooking for our customers but will also aid in cashier duties and cleaning during quiet hours.

Requirements

- Must have Proserve
- Quick Service cooking experience is an asset




- Ability to work a flexible schedule with availability to work early mornings, afternoons, weekends and holidays required
- Ability to learn quickly and show flexibility to adapt to new information
- Personable and energetic team player with a positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Must be able to perform manual duties that involve lifting objects of reasonable weight
