Your role will focus on leading the analysis of strategic acquisitions and engagements. Reporting to the Senior Director, M&A;, you'll play a vital part in assessing acquisition opportunities within the vertical-market software sector. Robust analytical and communication skills are essential as you interact with stakeholders and develop high-level financial models. Key Responsibilities:

- Work with the business development team on acquisitions
- Engage and negotiate with executives of potential targets
- Conduct thorough financial due diligence and analysis
- Develop investment memorandums for executive discussion
- Organize due diligence activities with various departments Requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 years experience in banking or consulting
- Degree in finance, economics, or related field
- High proficiency in Excel and financial modeling
