Position Title: Corporate Hotel Operations Manager
Department: Corporate Operations
Reports To: VP of Operations
Position Type: Full-Time
Location: Mississauga, Ontario / Corporate Office with approximately 70% travel to hotel properties
POSITION SUMMARY The Corporate Hotel Operations Manager is primarily an operational support, analysis, coordination, and implementation position responsible for supporting the effective performance of the Company's hotel portfolio.
The Manager works closely with Hotel General Managers and property leadership teams to review financial and operating results, analyze performance, assist with budgets and forecasts, monitor labour and departmental productivity, conduct property reviews, coordinate corporate initiatives, identify operational issues, develop recommendations, and ensure timely follow-up on approved action plans.
The position serves as an important operational link between the corporate office and individual hotel properties, providing analytical insight, operational guidance, coordination, coaching, and follow-through.
The Corporate Hotel Operations Manager does not replace the authority or accountability of the Hotel General Manager at the property level. The Manager operates within delegated parameters and provides recommendations and support to the VP, who retains final authority and ultimate accountability for the portfolio.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES A key responsibility of this position is monitoring and supporting compliance with applicable hotel brand standards, including cleanliness, housekeeping standards, guest-facing areas, maintenance presentation, service standards, and other brand requirements.
The Manager will conduct property inspections, identify deficiencies, coordinate corrective actions with property leadership, and monitor completion and follow-up.

COMPENSATION The preferred hiring range is approximately:
$90,000 – $95,000 per year The position may also be eligible for a performance incentive of approximately:
10% – 15% of base salary, subject to Company policy, individual performance, and applicable incentive plan terms.
Final compensation will be determined based on the successful candidate's qualifications, relevant experience, internal equity, market conditions, and the Company's compensation practices.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education
- Post-secondary education in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Additional hospitality, business, finance, leadership, or operations training is considered an asset.
Experience
- Minimum of 5–7 years of progressive hotel or hospitality operations experience.
- Previous experience as a Hotel General Manager, Hotel Operations Manager, Regional Operations Manager, Corporate Operations Manager, or similar position is strongly preferred.
- Experience in a multi-property hotel environment is considered an asset. Experience working with major hotel brands is strongly preferred, particularly Hilton, Marriott, IHG, and Choice Hotels.
- Demonstrated experience with hotel P&L; analysis, budgets, forecasting, labour management, productivity, and operating performance.
Knowledge and Skills
- Strong understanding of hotel operations and departmental functions.
- Strong financial and analytical capabilities.
- Ability to interpret P&L; statements, budgets, forecasts, GOP, EBITDA, labour, productivity, and operating metrics.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work effectively with General Managers and senior property leadership.
- Solid project coordination and organizational skills.
- Ability and willingness to travel approximately 70% of the time between hotel properties.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities across multiple properties.
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and relevant hotel/property management systems.
The position requires approximately 70% travel to hotel properties, with approximately 30% of the role based at the corporate office or otherwise conducted remotely, as operational requirements permit.
WORKING CONDITIONS
- Primarily corporate office-based with regular travel to hotel properties.
- May require attendance at operational meetings outside standard business hours.
- Hospitality operations may require flexibility to respond to operational matters outside regular office hours.
- Regular interaction with General Managers, corporate leadership, property department heads, and employees at all levels.
Pay: $90,000.00-$95,000.00 per year
