About the position

Haywood is currently seeking a Corporate Actions Administrator to join its Vancouver Office. To be successful in this role, candidates must be able to demonstrate their commitment to providing exceptional customer/client service, attention to detail and a willingness to take on new responsibilities and challenges as they arise.

Responsibilities include

- Exercise, expire, accelerate and extend warrants and options
- Monitor, record and value escrowed shares
- Convert private to free trading shares
- Process name changes and breakdowns of units and splits
- Process mandatory, voluntary offers and conversions as required
- Generate maturity reports and monitor CDS/DTC bulletins to ensure Investment Advisors receive accurate, timely information
- Administer voting proxies and claim solicitation fees
- Proxy mailing
- Other general administrative duties as required

Education & Qualifications





- Experience with Dataphile Broadridge, CDS and DTC applications is a definite asset
- 3 to 5 years of experience in the financial industry preferred
- Proficiency with all Microsoft Office applications

Job Details

Status: Permanent full-time

Location: Vancouver

Compensation: the expected salary range for this role is: $48,000 to $60,000 depending on experience and qualifications.
