Pure Rejuvenation Anti Aging & Laser Clinic is an established medical aesthetics clinic located in Toronto's Annex neighbourhood. For over 15 years, we have provided personalized cosmetic and anti-aging treatments to a longstanding and loyal clientele.

We are seeking a Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) with training and/or experience in cosmetic injectables to join our clinical team on a part-time, permanent basis.

This position will begin with 2 consistent days per week, with the opportunity to expand to 3 days per week as the role and patient schedule develop.

This is an excellent opportunity for an RPN who has begun developing their skills in medical aesthetics and is looking for an established clinic where they can continue to gain experience, build long-term patient relationships, and grow professionally.

You will work collaboratively with our Nurse Practitioner, Clinic Director, and experienced aesthetic practitionerwhile caring for an established base of existing patients as well as new clients.

Responsibilities

- Perform cosmetic injectable treatments within your scope of practice, authorization and individual competence
- Provide neuromodulator treatments, including BOTOX® and Dysport®
- Perform hyaluronic acid dermal filler treatments as appropriate to your training and experience
- Conduct nursing assessments and aesthetic consultations
- Review relevant health history, treatment history, patient concerns and aesthetic goals
- Participate in individualized treatment planning in collaboration with the patient and clinical team




- Provide clear pre- and post-treatment education and follow-up
- Maintain complete and accurate clinical documentation
- Follow established medication-management, infection-prevention, emergency and patient-safety protocols
- Recognize potential complications and initiate appropriate management and escalation
- Work collaboratively with our Nurse Practitioner and experienced clinical team
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development in medical aesthetics
- Develop trusted, long-term relationships with our existing and new patients

Experience with Sculptra®, Belkyra®, PRP and other advanced injectable treatments is an asset but is not required.

Qualifications

- Current registration in positive standing as an RPN with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO)
- Cosmetic injectable or medical-aesthetics training
- Some hands-on experience with neuromodulators and/or dermal fillers is preferred
- Strong interest in developing a long-term career in medical aesthetics
- Sound nursing judgment and commitment to patient safety
- Valuable understanding of facial anatomy and willingness to continue developing aesthetic assessment skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Warm, professional and patient-centred approach
- Ability to work independently within your competence while collaborating closely with the clinical team
- Reliable and interested in developing a long-term role within the clinic

Schedule Part-time, Permanent

Initially approximately 16 hours per week (2 days), with the opportunity to increase to approximately 24 hours per week (3 days) as the position develops.
