Duties

- Greet customers warmly and assist with their orders in a timely manner
- Prepare and assemble food items according to established standards and safety guidelines
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems, including Micros POS, for accurate order processing and cash handling
- Handle cash transactions efficiently, ensuring correct change and receipt issuance
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, counters, and equipment in compliance with food safety standards
- Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales opportunities




- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service and customer satisfaction

Skills

- Previous food service experience or restaurant background preferred
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and proper food handling procedures
- Familiarity with POS systems, especially Micros POS, for efficient transaction processing
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order calculations
- Understanding of sanitation practices and food safety regulations
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Kitchen experience is a plus, along with general food industry knowledge
- Excellent communication skills to interact confidently with customers and team members
