Salary: $60,000-$63,000, depending on experience, plus benefits, RRSP program, and company bonus

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-4:30 p.m. | One remote day per week

Our client is seeking an experienced Credit Analyst to join their Credit & Collections team. This is a full-time opportunity for someone with a strong background in B2B credit, collections, and accounts receivable who enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer accounts, supporting collection efforts, assessing creditworthiness, reviewing credit terms and limits, and assisting with order release decisions.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage collection efforts across multiple locations
- Follow up on overdue and delinquent customer accounts
- Assess the creditworthiness of current customers
- Establish and review customer credit terms and limits
- Negotiate with customers to accelerate payment on outstanding balances
- Reassess customer credit limits and terms as required
- Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies,



deductions, and account issues
- Respond to requests for invoices, statements, and other account information
- Maintain accurate customer account and contact information

Qualifications

- 3+ years of related experience in credit, collections, or accounts receivable
- Strong B2B collections and credit experience
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Comfortable working independently as well as collaboratively within a team
