Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook food items according to established recipes and safety standards, ensuring quality and consistency.
- Operate POS systems such as Micros POS for order processing, cash handling, and transaction management with accuracy.
- Supervise team members during shifts, providing guidance, training, and support to maintain high service standards.
- Manage food safety protocols, including proper food handling, storage, and sanitation practices to comply with health regulations.
- Oversee restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory checks, and cleanliness standards.
- Interview potential team members, participate in hiring processes, and assist in onboarding new staff.




- Deliver excellent customer service by addressing guest needs promptly and professionally to foster loyalty and satisfaction.

Skills

- Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or food service environments with a strong understanding of kitchen operations.
- Demonstrated leadership or supervising experience within restaurant management or hospitality settings.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS and cash handling procedures.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and resolve issues efficiently.
- Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling practices, and health regulations relevant to the food industry.
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Experience in interviewing, team management, and training staff to foster a positive work setting.
