Do you enjoy working outdoors, staying active and seeing the results of a job well done? Sayla Landscape & Design is looking for a dependable, motivated team member to join our friendly and growing crew.

This is a year-round opportunity—not just a seasonal summer job. From spring through fall, you’ll help create and maintain beautiful landscapes and properties. In the winter, you’ll take part in snow removal and winter property maintenance, giving you the stability of consistent work throughout the year.

What We’re Looking For

● Someone who enjoys working outdoors and takes pride in their work

● A reliable, punctual team player with a positive attitude

● Someone who is eager to learn and develop new skills

● Landscaping or property maintenance experience is an asset, but not required

● Experience driving a truck and pulling a trailer is an asset, but not required

● Snow removal experience is an asset, but not required.





● Someone physically fit and comfortable performing manual labour

● Willingness to work early mornings and varying hours during winter weather events

Key Responsibilities

● Operate lawn mowers, trimmers, leaf blowers and other landscaping equipment

● Perform lawn and garden maintenance, cleanups and general property maintenance

● Complete manual labour including digging, raking, wheelbarrow work, mulching and other landscaping tasks

● Help maintain residential properties to a high standard of cleanliness and care

● Work alongside the crew to complete daily schedules and projects

● Assist with snow removal and salting operations throughout the winter season

● Learn and grow through hands-on experience across all aspects of landscape and property maintenance
