The Non-Negotiables (a.k.a. Adulting Requirements)

✔ Clean Criminal Record Check

✔ Valid Driver’s Licence (you’ll be operating the work truck—no Fast & Furious skills required, just common sense)

What You’ll Be Doing (AKA How You’ll Stay Fit Without a Gym Membership)

- Sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and waxing floors until they shine
- Vacuuming up dirt, debris, and the occasional “how did that get there?”
- Emptying trash and waste containers (glamorous, we know)
- Cleaning and disinfecting bathrooms (you’ll be a public health champion )
- Washing windows, walls, ceilings, and whatever else needs it
- Keeping the parking lot clear of debris
- Moving heavy equipment and supplies
- Minor maintenance like painting and drywall repair
- Working with minimal supervision (we trust you)
- Winter duties: snow and ice removal because winter sucks
