In the Customer Experience Specialist role, you will talk with people who already own a Tesla. You will also help people who are still deciding.Your day will include quick, friendly conversations. You will guide guests with real help in the showroom. You will greet guests when they arrive. You will ask questions to learn what they want.
You will explain Tesla vehicles in a clear way. You will assist with test drives. You will also walk customers through what happens during delivery. You will help with the sales process too. That means you will collect contact details. You will help set up test drives. You may also flag leads who seem like good matches.

- You stay with them until they collect their car.
- You greet guests, find out what they want to purchase, and learn when they plan to buy.
- You also answer any questions they have.
- You will also share clear details about Tesla vehicles and features, and tailor the demo experience to match their interests.
- You will help the sales side too.
- This includes collecting customer details, setting up test drives,
and spotting customers who are likely ready to move forward.
- You will also make sure current owners and future owners feel taken care of.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist showroom guests right away in a friendly way.
- Learn what each guest needs and what they are deciding between.
- Create a personal profile for each customer using what you learn.
- Explain Tesla products, key features, and how they work.
- Help with test drives and Full Self-Driving demos, if needed.
- Run new owner delivery orientation sessions.
- Go over key vehicle options and what they mean in real use.
- Collect guest information and support follow-up steps for sales.
- Set up test drives and help flag high-intent buyers.
- Provide strong service to current owners and future owners.
Requirements
- 1 year or more of customer service and or sales work, with a record of hitting or beating targets.
- Real interest in Tesla’s mission and electric vehicle progress.
- Ability to understand and explain both business topics and technical topics.
- Strong team skills, dependable work habits, and good people skills.
- Strong ability to communicate clearly in both writing and speaking.
- Focuses on small details and keeps tasks in order.
- Works well with Microsoft Office and typical CRM tools.
- In retail work, they can cover evening shifts, weekend shifts, and holiday shifts.
- They have a valid Class 5, G, or G2 driver’s license in Canada.
- For British Columbia: they must have a current motor vehicle salesperson license or certificate from the correct provincial body before doing sales work.
