Ace Peak Solutions is hiring a full-time Customer Sales Team Member in Ottawa, Ontario. This Customer Sales Team Member is an in-person, commission-only field sales role representing Rogers and connecting directly with residential customers.

You’ll speak with customers in the community, learn what they’re looking for, and help them choose the right Rogers internet and wireless services. If you’re outgoing, competitive, and enjoy talking with people, this is a hands-on sales and customer service opportunity.

What You’ll Do Customer Sales Team Member

- Speak with residential customers throughout the Ottawa area
- Introduce and sell Rogers internet and wireless services
- Ask questions to understand customer needs
- Explain products, pricing, promotions, and service options
- Recommend Rogers services based on customer needs
- Answer questions and handle customer concerns professionally
- Complete accurate customer enrollments and Rogers orders
- Follow up with interested customers when needed
- Work toward individual sales and enrollment goals
- Build positive customer relationships throughout the sales process





What We’re Looking For Customer Sales Team Member

- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable speaking with customers face-to-face
- Confident, outgoing, and self-motivated
- Comfortable working in field sales
- Goal-oriented and motivated by commission
- Reliable and available for full-time work
- Customer-facing experience in sales, retail, hospitality, bartending, insurance, or customer service is an asset

This Customer Sales Team Member position is a full-time employment position located in Ottawa, ON. This Client Sales Representative position is Monday through Saturday, with an average of 40 hours per week, working in a face-to-face role with customers and businesses.
- Pay: 100% commission, the average salary starting at $50,000 yearly
- Clients & Products: We work with Rogers, promoting and signing up recent customers and businesses for their wireless and internet services
- Location: Ottawa, ON
