SASKPROPERTY SERVICES is looking for a friendly and reliable Customer Service Dispatcher to join our team.

This is a part-time, remote position working from home.

Responsibilities

- Answer incoming customer calls and messages
- Schedule cleaning appointments and service requests
- Coordinate schedules with our cleaning staff
- Provide customers with information about our services
- Help customers find the best service option for their needs
- Maintain accurate customer and appointment information

Requirements:
- Excellent spoken English
- Friendly and skilled phone manner
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Reliable internet connection
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to work independently from home

Previous customer service or dispatch experience is an asset but not required.

Knowledge of Ukrainian or French is considered an asset.

We are looking for a positive, organized person who enjoys communicating with customers and helping them find the right solution.

Pay: $17.00-$18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15.0 – 30.0 per week
