Duties

- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries in person.
- Provide accurate information about products and services to assist customers in making informed decisions.
- Identify opportunities for upselling additional products or services to enhance customer satisfaction and sales.
- Foster positive relationships with clients.
- Proven experience in customer service,



sales, or related roles.
- Demonstrated ability to upsell products or services effectively without compromising customer satisfaction.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team in a rapid-paced environment.
