As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll assist customers with their building and renovation projects, provide product recommendations, process sales, and help maintain a well‑organized retail floor. This position is ideal for someone with construction or building material knowledge who enjoys active, customer‑focused work.

Qualifications

- Knowledge of building materials, construction or home improvement products
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to calculate quantities and price materials (training provided)
- Strong problem-solving skills and a team-focused attitude
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced retail setting
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting customers with product selection, project planning and building solutions




- Prepare quotes, process sales, and organize deliveries
- Receive inventory, stock shelves and merchandise the retail floor
- Use supplier websites to design and quote windows and other special-order items
- Order non-stock items and notify customers when they arrive

Schedule & Compensation:
- Full time: 45-48 hours per week
- No evenings or Sundays
- Monthly scheduling
- Pay based on experience
