Overview

We are looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our building supplies store. The successful candidate will assist customers with product inquiries, orders, pricing, deliveries, and general store support while providing excellent service.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet customers and provide professional, knowledgeable service in-store and over the phone.
- Supports company marketing and ads management.
- Assist customers with product selection, availability, pricing, and specifications.
- Process sales orders, invoices, returns, and exchanges accurately.
- Prepare and follow up on customer orders.
- Answer phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate customer and order information in the company system.
- Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure orders are picked and ready for pickup or delivery.
- Assist with inventory checks and communicate stock shortages or discrepancies.
- Handle customer concerns and resolve issues professionally.




- Maintain an organized, clean, and welcoming showroom/customer service area.
- Follow company policies and procedures related to sales, payments, deliveries, and customer service

Qualifications

- Previous customer service, retail, sales, or building-supply experience is an asset.
- Knowledge of flooring, or other building materials is an asset.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good computer skills and ability to learn POS/inventory systems.
- Robust organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be reliable, professional, and customer-focused.

Pay: $17.60-$18.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week
