Customer Service Representative

Vancouver, BC

Full-time | Monday–Friday | 8:30am–5:00pm

Office-based | Permanent position

We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative to support customers from our Vancouver office. You’ll be a key point of contact for customer questions, requests, and follow-ups, providing clear information and helping resolve issues efficiently.

The role combines customer communication, problem-solving, record keeping, and coordination with internal teams. It would suit someone who enjoys working with people, communicates professionally, and takes pride in providing reliable service.

Day to Day

- Respond to customer questions by phone, email, and other channels
- Listen carefully to understand customer needs and provide appropriate support
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and processes
- Handle routine customer concerns and identify suitable next steps
- Follow up on outstanding requests and customer issues
- Update customer accounts and records accurately
- Process customer requests and related information
- Coordinate with internal teams to help resolve customer requirements
- Record customer interactions and relevant information
- Escalate more complex issues when additional support is required




- Maintain professional and timely communication with customers
- Handle customer information appropriately and maintain confidentiality

What’s Important

You’ll need strong communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and a skilled approach to customer service. Organization and attention to detail are important when managing customer information and follow-ups.

Previous customer service, call center, retail, reception, hospitality, administration, or client support experience is useful, although training on our systems and processes will be provided.

We’re looking for someone who can manage different customer requests, remain professional during challenging conversations, follow established processes, and work effectively with both customers and internal teams.

Pay: $22.64-$26.74 per hour
