Duties

- Greet customers warmly and assist them with menu selections or inquiries
- Take accurate orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems, including Micros POS if available
- Prepare and serve food items following safety and sanitation standards
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, dining areas, and food prep zones
- Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales opportunities
- Support food preparation activities as needed to ensure timely service and quality standards are met





Skills

- Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments with knowledge of food handling procedures
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS for efficient order processing
- Solid time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy periods
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and order calculations
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation practices
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
- Experience in cashiering, serving, or food industry roles is highly desirable
- Capable of multitasking between food preparation, customer interactions, and cleanliness duties
