Key Responsibilities

- Onboard new customers and guide them through initial setup and product adoption.
- Regularly engage with customers to understand their needs, goals, and satisfaction levels.
- Proactively identify and address potential customer churn risks.
- Provide timely and effective solutions to customer inquiries and concerns.
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.




- Gather customer feedback and insights to inform product development and service improvements.

Requirements

- Proven experience in customer success , account management, or a related client-facing role.
- Strong understanding of customer lifecycle management and retention strategies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills.
- Ability to build rapport and trust with clients remotely.
- Proficiency with CRM software and customer success platforms.
- A bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related field is preferred.
