Customer Success Specialist | Remote | Full time | $60,000-$72,000 CAD

We're a niche marketing agency with an offer no other company in the world provides. We've spent the last three years perfecting it, and it works. Now we're focused on making the client experience just as strong, and that's where you come in.

What you'll do

- Onboard new clients and set them up for success from day one
- Run monthly report calls and walk clients through their results
- Address client concerns and resolve issues before they escalate
- Spot at-risk accounts early and prevent churn

Who you are You're a people person. You'll be on Zoom most of the day, so you need to enjoy talking with clients. You're also calm and confident in difficult conversations and know how to turn a frustrated client around.

Hours

Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm Mountain Time.
