Pay Rate: CAD 55–60/hr + HST (Incorporated)

- Modernizing Vulnerability Management Processes Using Gartner CTEM Concepts o Scope of Work

§ The vendor will review vulnerability management program and develop documentation and processes that address the increasing pace of AI-driven vulnerability discovery and exploitation. The objective is to transition from a traditional patch-management approach to a risk-based Continuous Threat Exposure Management (CTEM) model.

§ Key activities include:

- Reviewing and enhancing existing vulnerability management processes and supporting tools.
- Implementing risk-based prioritization using exploitability, threat intelligence, asset criticality, and business impact.




- Improving the organization’s ability to rapidly assess and respond to emerging vulnerabilities and attack paths.
- Aligning remediation efforts with the vulnerabilities that present the greatest risk to critical business and operational systems.

o Deliverables
- Draft documentation for review and stakeholder consultation.
- Incorporation of stakeholder feedback and preparation of final standards and procedures using Cameco templates.
- A documented implementation plan for the updated processes.

o Acceptance Criteria - Work will be considered complete when Cameco confirms that the documentation:
- Meets the stated objectives.
- Aligns with approved corporate standard formats.
- Clearly identifies ownership and review cycles.
- Is practical for operational use.
- Provides sufficient traceability to support compliance and audit requirements.
