Responsibilities

- Oversee dealer account activities, including onboarding, updates, and ongoing management to ensure compliance with company policies.
- Process and verify transactions related to dealer investments, payments, and settlements with precision and timeliness.
- Maintain accurate records of all dealer interactions, financial transactions, and account documentation for audit readiness.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as accounting and compliance to ensure adherence to regulatory standards within financial services.
- Provide exceptional support to dealers by addressing inquiries promptly and offering guidance on investment procedures.
- Assist in preparing reports related to dealer performance, transaction volumes, and account status updates.




- Support the implementation of process improvements aimed at enhancing efficiency in dealer administration workflows.
