Delivery Associate – Package Delivery

At Mallard Five Logistics, we are committed to providing reliable, safe, and professional delivery services. Our team takes pride in representing our clients and delivering packages efficiently while providing a positive customer experience.

We are looking for dependable and motivated Delivery Drivers to join our growing team and support package delivery operations throughout the Hamilton and Niagara regions.

Key Responsibilities

Package Delivery: Safely and efficiently deliver packages to residential and commercial locations within designated timeframes while following all traffic and safety regulations.

Route Navigation: Use navigation tools, maps, and delivery technology to efficiently complete assigned routes.

Customer Interaction: Provide professional and courteous customer service during deliveries and direct customer concerns through the appropriate channels.

Package Handling: Safely load, organize, transport, and unload packages while taking care to prevent damage or loss.

Vehicle Inspection: Perform routine vehicle inspections and report any vehicle safety or maintenance concerns.

Delivery Technology: Use a smartphone and delivery applications to complete required scans, photos, and delivery procedures.

Requirements

- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Valid Ontario Class G Driver’s Licence
- Minimum 1 year of driving experience
- Clean and safe driver’s abstract
- Valid authorization to work in Canada




- Willing to consent to a background and criminal record check
- Able to operate smartphone, GPS, and delivery technology
- Previous delivery or logistics experience is an asset
- Able to lift and carry packages up to 50 lbs (23 kg)
- Reliable, punctual, and responsible
- Comfortable driving for extended periods
- Able to work independently and manage delivery routes efficiently
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions

Schedule

- Full-time
- Approximately 10 hours per day
- Must be available to work 4–5 days per week
- Weekend availability is required, including Saturday, Sunday, or Monday depending on the schedule
