Position Overview

We are looking for reliable, responsible and customer-focused Delivery Drivers to join our growing team.

As a Delivery Driver, you will pick up freshly prepared meals from our partner kitchens and deliver them safely and on time to customers. You will play an key role in ensuring every customer receives their food fresh, accurately and with excellent service.

Key Responsibilities

- Pick up food orders from assigned kitchens and verify order details before leaving.
- Deliver meals safely and on time to customers.
- Follow delivery instructions and assigned routes through the TheHomeTaste platform.
- Maintain proper food handling practices and use insulated delivery bags.




- Communicate professionally with customers, kitchen staff and the operations team.
- Provide timely updates regarding delays, delivery issues or incorrect orders.
- Handle food packages carefully to prevent spills, contamination or damage.
- Maintain accurate pickup and delivery records.
- Follow all traffic laws and company delivery procedures.

Requirements
- Valid Ontario driver's licence.
- Access to a reliable vehicle.
- Appropriate vehicle insurance for delivery activities.
- Smartphone with GPS and internet access.
- Good knowledge of Kitchener, Waterloo, Cambridge and Guelph.
- Strong time management and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
- Professional and respectful attitude toward customers and kitchen partners.
- Previous food delivery experience is an asset but not mandatory.

Pay: $17.60-$18.00 per hour
