We are a Busy and expanding dental clinic in Downtown Toronto is urgently looking for qualified Dental Receptionist.
Must have dental experience
Duties Include
Greeting patients Answering the phone, booking, and confirming appointments. Responding to emails. Scheduling patients into the timetable in an efficient and accurate manner, optimizing for staff time. Effectively managing patient files and accurately maintaining the patient databases. Processing billing and arranging supporting documents for insurance claims. Performing general office duties A outstanding candidate would be outgoing, well spoken and work well with our friendly team.
Close to TTC, St. George Station
Looking for 4-5 Days a week and one Saturday a Month.
Hours of Operation: Mon-Thurs 10-6:30 Fri 10-530 and Sat 10-3
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.00-$26.00 per hour
