Dental Receptionist – Pond Mills Dental North York

Pond Mills Dental North York is looking for an experienced Dental Receptionist to join our team.

We are a small, family-owned and operated dental practice looking for someone who is friendly, organized, dependable, and has excellent customer service and communication skills.

Dentrix experience is REQUIRED.

Schedule

- Every other Monday: 9:00 AM–3:00 PM
- Tuesday: 10:00 AM–6:00 PM
- Wednesday: 8:30 AM–4:30 PM
- Thursday: 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
- Friday: 8:00 AM–1:00 PM
- One Saturday per month: 9:00 AM–3:00 PM

Reception typically arrives approximately 10 minutes before the first patient and stays until the last patient has checked out.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide friendly, professional, and responsive patient communication
- Answer and promptly respond to phone calls, emails, texts, and voicemails




- Schedule and confirm appointments and maintain a well-organized schedule
- Check patients in and out and collect balances
- Follow up on recalls and outstanding treatment
- Communicate with insurance companies, labs, and specialists as needed
- Address patient concerns appropriately and involve the Office Manager when needed

Customer service is a top priority. We are looking for someone who communicates warmly with patients, responds promptly, and takes initiative to keep the office running efficiently.

Pay: $24–$30/hour, based on experience.
