Technicians work on a wide range of equipment, including tractors, utility vehicles, and construction equipment. As an authorized Kubota dealer, we provide the training, resources, and career development opportunities needed to support your success. Key Responsibilities

· Perform maintenance, diagnostics, and major repairs on tractors, construction equipment, and other diesel-powered machinery (primarily Kubota and other leading brands)

· Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and emissions-related issues and provide accurate repair estimates

· Document all work performed and recommended service needs for customer records

· Support customers by completing occasional field service calls using personal tools

· Participate in ongoing factory training and manufacturer certification programs

· Maintain a clean, organized workspace and a professional, customer-focused attitude

Qualifications

· Experience servicing agricultural, industrial, or construction equipment

· Strong understanding of diesel engines, emissions systems,



hydraulic systems, 12V electrical systems, and related components

· Comfortable using diagnostic software and general computer applications

· Ownership of a reliable set of tools

· Licensed and unlicensed technicians are welcome to apply

Work Schedule

· Full-time: 40+ hours per week

· Monday–Friday, with additional Saturday hours as needed

Compensation & Benefits

· Competitive hourly wage: $32–$40, based on experience

Pay: $32.00-$40.00 per hour
