We are looking for an experienced and reliable Diesel Truck Mechanic to join us on a weekend basis to diagnose, repair, and maintain diesel trucks at our yard.
We’re Looking For
- Proven experience working on diesel trucks and heavy-duty vehicles
- Strong ability to diagnose mechanical and electrical problems
- Must have your own professional diagnostic scanner/equipment
- Experience troubleshooting engine, transmission, braking, electrical, and other truck systems
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
- Reliable and available to work weekends
Skills
- Proven heavy equipment repair experience with a robust mechanical background.
- Extensive knowledge of automotive repair techniques specific to diesel engines.
- Experience working with excavators, cranes, forklifts, farm machinery, and industrial equipment.
- Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and schematics for troubleshooting and repairs.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently in various work environments.
- Strong electrical experience with the ability to read diagnose wiring issues.
Pay: $25.32-$47.84 per hour Expected hours: 8.0 – 20.0 per week
